There is minimal, if any, wait time when I reach out to her with questions. However, she made an unauthorized charge to my credit card, without my permission, which has caused me to cancel any additional services. In addition, due to the $1210.00 unauthorized charge, I'm now rating this location as a 1 from a 5. Thank you State Farm. I appreciate your services. However, your employee does not have the authority to make unauthorized charges to my credit card, which cannot be reversed. Waiting weeks on end for a refund check to be mailed is totally unacceptable!"
